## Include enough context

For a product problem, include:

* The page and action you were using.
* What you expected and what happened instead.
* Approximate date, time, and timezone.
* Exact error text.
* Browser and device type.
* A screenshot with names, balances, account identifiers, and transaction details hidden when they are not needed.

For an import problem, include the file's column headers and result counts. Do not send the complete financial file unless support specifically requests a secure transfer method.

## Do not email secrets

<Warning>
  Never send your Miyo password, bank username or password, multi-factor or recovery code, full account or routing number, Plaid token, payment-card number, or session cookie.
</Warning>
