Different controls have different effects. Choose the narrowest action that matches what you want to change.

Export transactions

Open Transactions and select Export CSV to download transactions you own. Store the export securely because it can contain sensitive descriptions, amounts, dates, categories, and notes.

Disconnect a bank

Use Settings → Linked accounts → Disconnect institution to revoke the live Plaid connection and stop future refreshes. Previously imported records can remain until you remove the local data or complete account deletion.

Export anything you need

Download your transaction export and note any planning information you need to retain outside Miyo.

Review household impact

If you own a household, review the remaining member and shared information before continuing.

Open the deletion dialog

Open Settings → Security, select Delete Miyo account, and read every consequence.

Type DELETE

Enter DELETE exactly, then select Delete account.
Deleting immediately deactivates the account, revokes sessions, disables app access, and removes live connected-account access. Miyo can retain limited records when required for audit, security, legal, tax, backup, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
Account deletion cannot be undone from the app. Contact privacy@joinmiyo.com before deleting if you need a data-access, correction, export, or specific deletion request.
