Review preferences

Open notification settings to enable or disable the categories and channels available to your account. Security and service messages may not follow the same opt-out rules as optional product updates.

If notifications are missing

  • Confirm that the relevant category is enabled in Miyo.
  • Check browser or device notification permissions for push delivery.
  • Review spam or filtered folders for email delivery.
  • Confirm that your profile email address is current and verified.
