A Miyo household lets two people coordinate money without combining every account. You can start solo and invite a partner later.
Household sharing can depend on your Miyo plan or access. If the invite flow shows an upgrade, review the plan details before continuing.

Send an invite

1

Open Household settings

Open Settings → Household or Settings → Relationship and select Invite your partner.
2

Enter the partner's email

Confirm the address carefully. Add an optional personal message, then select Send Email Invite.
3

Share the invite link if needed

After Miyo creates the invite, copy the displayed link. Send it directly if the email does not arrive.
4

Wait for acceptance

The invite remains pending until your partner opens it, signs in or creates an account, and accepts. Invites expire after seven days.
5

Review privacy together

After acceptance, open the Privacy Center and choose the visibility of each account.

Manage a pending invite

Use Resend to replace the old invite with a new link and expiration date. Use Cancel invite when the address was wrong or the invitation should no longer work.
Treat an invite link like private access. Send it only to the intended person and cancel it if it is posted or forwarded somewhere unexpected.

What joining does not do

Joining a household does not give a partner your bank password, let them move money, or let them override your per-account privacy choice.

Set account visibility

Compare Private, Shared, and Hidden before sharing financial activity.
