Choose the right action
1
Check whether bank sync is available
If the button says Bank Sync Pending, the connection feature is not currently available for your account. Use manual accounts or CSV import rather than repeating the connection flow.
2
Verify your Miyo email
Complete email verification if Miyo asks before opening Plaid Link.
3
Check the institution status
Open Settings → Linked accounts. Note the institution status, last sync time, and any error message.
4
Use Sync now once
Select Sync now, wait for the request to finish, then refresh Transactions. Repeatedly selecting Sync now does not make the institution post data sooner.
5
Reconnect when asked
Use Reconnect for an expired login, changed password, institution consent request, or new verification challenge.
6
Compare with the institution
Check whether the missing item is still pending at the bank. Posted details can differ from the pending version.
Avoid duplicate accounts
Do not create a second connection for the same institution only because a sync is delayed. If Miyo suggests merging a manual and linked account, compare their names, balances, and history before accepting. When to disconnect
Disconnect when you no longer want Miyo to refresh the institution, not as the first fix for a temporary outage. Disconnecting applies to every account under that institution and does not erase existing imported transactions.Contact support
